Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) is a teacher certificate program that provides intensive training on teaching ESL.
6 lecture days (whole day) = 50 hours
Practicum = 15 hours
Assignments/ Independent Learning = 30 hours
Final Exam = 5 hours
Total = 100 hours
At least 2 years college; 18 years of age and with good speaking and writing English ability.
Assessment may be given prior to the program

Here are the fees:
A. Face to Face and Group – P15,000 for Filipinos P17,500 for foreigners
7.5% discount is given if the student will enroll at least one week before the program starts
(early bird promo) 15% if student will enroll during early bird promo and will pay in full
Staggered Payment for Face to Face – At least 3,500 upon enrollment and the balance may be spread out to 5 payments or balance should be paid at the most after 2 months
B. Online TESOL – P13,500
10% discount is given if the student will pay in full
Staggered payment – at least half of the fee upon enrollment and the balance should be payed after one and half months
C. Tutorial TESOL – P 15,000
5% if will pay in full
Has to provide lunch and snacks for the trainer
If the student’s residence is more than 20 kms from Los Banos, the student has to provide for transportation allowance for the trainer

Schedule / Set- up:
Face to Face – at least a group of 3 in Los Banos and at least 5 in Manila
– 6 whole days whether it’s every Saturday or for one straight week
Online TESOL – at the convenience of your home (lecture is replaced by DVDs to be watched at home)
Tutorial TESOL – lessons can be done in the house of the student / any place congusive for learning.
– this can last for 3- 4 days
Note: Students are given 6 months to finish all the requirements.
TESOL is a 100-hour program. Training hours is divided as follows:
6 to 7 lecture days

Students will be graded as follows:
Class Participation – 30%
Assignments – 25%
Practice Teaching – 25%
Final Examination – 20%

Passing Grade is at least 70%
Certificate is given upon compliance of all requirements. Maximum of 6 months will be given to trainees/students to finish all the requirements to graduate from this course
